For our next event, ADCC Trials silver medalist and Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds winner Cammy Donnelly returns for a three hour nogi seminar!
Cammy had a brilliant run at ADCC Trials last month, taking out big names on his way to the final and has spent many months training with & learning from elite athletes at B-Team, leading him to great competitive success thanks to his deeper understanding of guard passing, pins and leglocks, and how to effectively link them.
The seminar will take place at our academy in Rutherglen on Saturday 25th November, 10:00 – 13:00 with 2 hours taught technique, and 1 hour Q&A + Rolling.
The infrared sauna at the gym will be switched on and ready to use by 12:00 and will be open to seminar participants. If planning on using the sauna please bring a bathing suit, towel, flip flops and a change of clothes and make sure to shower before using the sauna.
As a contact sport we also ask both members and visitors please not come in if ill – we have students who are immunocompromised, or who are carers, and so we are taking care to minimise risks where reasonable. If unwell please stay home and we’ll refund the seminar.
