To celebrate the launch of our new Ronin Grappling team we are organising a free open mat on Sunday 21st of October, 11:00-13:00 @ Future Fitness in Shawlands.
The open mat will be open to all levels and affiliations as a chance to catch up with old friends and make some new ones, hope to see you all on the mats!
